Executive Thought Partnership: Focus drives results. We’ll work together to clearly articulate your short, mid and long-term goals. These goals will act as the foundation for a prioritization framework we’ll use to ensure each of your decisions and activities serve your business objectives.

Drew Mitchell. Founder of Second Arc Advisors, a company that offers strategic advisor services to early-stage tech founders and companies.

This is where I do the awkward bit and talk about myself. Hey. I’m Drew. The Founder of Second Arc Advisors. I created an advisory company to help fill what feels like a gap in the journey of early-stage tech founders - access to an advisor who can bring in outside perspectives, a thought partner who will help ensure they have a strong go-to-market plan and someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves alongside them to build the company they aspire to build. I also selectively invest in companies that I advise because I’ve found being an advisor and investor helps align incentives.

I’ve done each of these things while building my career over 25+ years at start-ups (RIP goReader), non-profits (Feeding America) and the world’s largest, most innovative tech companies (Google, Pinterest and Uber). You can check out my LinkedIn if you want the full breakdown.

What you won’t find on LinkedIn are the intangibles and my values. Family is always first on my list of priorities (love you Christine, Flynn and Fiona). People are what drive me to show up to work each day. I’m curious and love learning about what makes them tick. I respect the hell out of entrepreneurs (my parents showed me how it’s done). And I love playing a small part in other’s success because that’s what makes me feel successful. (Oh, and I’m an obsessive runner because I’m enthralled by what humans can do when they push themselves.)
